Toby Sheppard Bloch has been doing user and systems support since 1994. As a student at Reed College, he assisted college faculty integrate technology into a traditional liberal arts setting. Mediums included email lists, chat, conferencing, webpages, and shared folders.
For that last nine months, Toby has been providing user support for Rheingold Associates. He is responsible for user registration and support, as well as conference setup .
