Illuminated Blocks Box

If you've been following the way this has evolved, I started out painting wooden blocks for my grandson. Then someone who watched me painting and saw the wall of illuminated objects behind me remarked that the blocks might look good in a lightbox. So I made a lightbox for Kasra's blocks, using ultrasound sensors to change the colors by waving his hands. I installed it in his room and now I made another one for myself. Instead of choosing attractive wood, I made this one out of pine and painted it with the Black 2.0 that an Angelic Rheingoldian Patron sent me. It uses an infrared remote control that enables me to change the mode, hue, rate of the lights.
